Our Proud History

Founded on April 6, 2018, Clover Support Group Ltd was established with a clear vision: to provide exceptional domiciliary care that enables people to live independently and with dignity in their own homes throughout Essex.

Our founding team brought over 25 years of combined experience in social care and support services as senior managers and certified trainers. This wealth of knowledge became the foundation for creating a personalized care system that truly understands the needs of both service users and their families.

2018

Company Founded

Clover Support Group Ltd incorporated and began serving the Essex community with personalized domiciliary care services.

2019

CQC Registration

Successfully registered with the Care Quality Commission, meeting all regulatory requirements for domiciliary care provision.

2020-2024

Continued Growth

Expanded our services to support over 150 happy customers across Essex, maintaining our commitment to quality and personalized care.

Today, we are proud to be a CQC registered provider with a "Good" overall rating, serving adults and elderly people who require support to maintain their independence in their own homes. Our journey from a small startup to a trusted care provider reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence and our deep understanding of what truly matters in care.

Why We Started

Our story begins with a simple but powerful realization: everyone deserves to age and live with dignity in the place they call home.

Having spent over 25 years working in social care and support services, our founders witnessed firsthand the challenges that individuals and families face when seeking quality domiciliary care. Too often, care felt impersonal, inflexible, or simply didn't meet the unique needs of each individual.

"We saw families struggling to find care providers who truly understood their loved ones as individuals, not just cases to manage. We knew we could do better – we could create a service that puts the person at the center of everything we do."

This recognition led us to establish Clover Support Group with a different approach:
